Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Tuesday filed a charge-sheet in a court here against 15 accused in the case of communal violence in Rajasthan's Bharatpur district in which at least 10 Muslims were killed. Members of the Gujjar and Meo communities clashed in Bharatpur district Sep 14 last year over a piece of land, which one group claimed was for a burial centre and the other said was for a pond. Ten people were killed while at least 20 others were injured in the violence. CBI sources said that members from both the communities have been made accused in the chargesheet. The accused have been charged with sections 302 (murder), 307 (attempt to murder), 353 (preventing public servant from discharging of his duties) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
