Laxmi Vilas Palace Hotel is Set amidst the extensive 50 acres, the Laxmi Vilas Palace was built in 1887 for Raja Ragunath Singh, the younger brother of the then Bharatpur ruler, Maharaja Ram Singh. The palace was earlier called Raghunath Niwas, though the locals always preferred to call it Kakaji ka Mahal. Later on in 1994 the palace was converted into a hotel known to be Laxmi Vilas Palace. The palace kitchen always ensured that only gourmet cuisine arrived at the dinning table and the same traditions of hospitality have been kept alive till date.
